Q2 : When will receive the mask?
After we have received your payment, we will post your goods in 3-5 days time due to our busy schedule. Please do not make the order if you're not patient. Please be understanding and patient with us, will be much appreciated.

Q4 : Can i make the payment after receiving the goods?
The answer is NO. We will not post the goods to you if you haven't make your payment.

Q5 : Will you refund if the mask got problem?
All sold goods are not refundable. We will check personally before posting the goods to you. Once the goods has been sent out, we will not take any responsible anymore.

Q6 : Can i buy more than 100pcs?
Yes you can, if you buy more you can receive more discounts.

Q7 : Is there a limit of purchasing the mask?
There's no limit, you can buy 1000pcs also can :)

Q8 : Is the mask genuine from Taiwan?
Yes, all our mask is imported from Taiwan. 100% genuine, we do not sell fake mask.
